Updated Craft Room Tour

Today is kind of fun, well fun for me because I love to check out craft spaces! Do you ever wonder where some of your favorite bloggers get their creative juices flowing?! I totally do and I am so share another craft room tour! I have shared  my craft room before and in stages, but this is a fun little update with some quirky little outtakes. If you want to check out some more great spaces, make sure to check out our hostess Angie at the Country Chic Cottage for daily round ups all week and the lovely ladies at Mom 4 Realand DIY Inspired who are before and after me on today’s tour!

Now, let’s get started. My craft room is now in our second living room space which I love for the space and light. But it does put the pressure on to keep it presentable since it is out in the open and there are no doors or anything. So far so good though! I love my DIY craft table because it is HUGE!! Such a great work space! I still need to put molding or paint two of the sides, but that will come.

Then to the right of that is the start of the wall of storage. On the top I keep my original Cricut, my scrapbook paper, photo albums, some great storage bins I found for a dollar at Target (true story, you can find both mine and my husbands degrees in one of those, just saying) and my vinyl storage. I love this for keeping my vinyl nice and neat and out of a drawer where it can get creased. Fabulous!

Below the cupboard, I keep all my great Project Life stuff that I am addicted to and a bucket with some other embellishments behind one of my favorite pictures of Avery. Below that is where I keep my tools and my drill- which yes, is totally stored in one of those insulated casserole travel bag things. It is cute and the perfect size! To the right of that, I have a background which has worked great for the wood and as a base for some fun wrapping papers to be backdrops for my posts.

To the left of that shelf are my two made over dressers that sit under my ‘old school pinterest board’. This set of clip boards is great to hold things I love from a magazine, paper work for campaigns, reminders, photos, just whatever I need or find inspiring. Love it! The dressers also offer more display on the top- very convenient, and you know us bloggers love being able to see our supplies, especially our glitter!

Here is a close up on my washi tape, paper straws, happy mail (gotta love getting a couple of new wines to try in the mail!) and a post card my bloggy bestie, Kara from Mine for the Making, sent me forever ago. Love personal touches in my crafty space!

To the left of that still is another tall shelf. Here I have my ribbon on the very top, some spray paint, & Scotch Blue Painters tape- all necessities! Then I have my pen storage, and on the bottom shelves, some more machines including my sewing machine, binding machine and Cricut Mini.

For the last stop in the craft room, I love this bench I made from my old coffee table, not only is it cute, it offers even more storage! I had to pull out the diaper table from Avery’s room, since she doesn’t need it anymore, so I popped it in this corner and the top is what I refer to as the ‘accounting department’ because it is where I keep all the paper work. Still working on this area, but it is getting there.
