Thing 1 & Thing 2 Party
Yay, today is the day! I get to share the fun Thing 1 and Thing 2 party I did this week! This one was a little different in that I put it on with about 36 hours notice and in my classroom but I love the way it all came out! Let’s take a little tour, shall we?
I had 20 kids this day so I pulled together my two larger tables and two smaller tables because the rectangle tables are just easier to cover with a table cloth, which in this case was a roll of aqua chevron wrapping paper.
For the table runner, I used construction paper and white circles I cut out from cardstock on my Cricut Explore and ran down the middle of the table. For tableware I went with plain red plates and napkins with clear cups.
I talked more about the centerpieces in THIS POST but I love how they helped pull everything together!
These tissue paper ones were super fun as well.
I also used tissue paper (because it is a super affordable material) to make larger pom poms to hang from my ceiling. I am such a sucker for anything hanging from the ceiling.
So there you go! Isn’t it fun! I love how it all came out and I was so glad I could do a simple little something in a short amount of time!
