Do-si-do Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
On day 6 of Girl Scout Cookie week I have a question, what is better than a cookie? Why a cookie stuffed inside another cookie of course! Check out these fun Do-si-do stuffed chocolate chip cookies- amazing!
I tried these a couple of ways but the muffin tin was key to making these hold their shape. I grabbed some store bought cookie dough and put one square in the bottom of my muffin tin. I sprayed it first with no stick cooking spray, or you could use liners, but I would suggest you spray those as well.
Then I added a Do-Si-Do in each cup.
Then I added another square of the cookie dough, flattened in my palm, over the top. I made sure it went over the edge of the Do-Si-Do but it doesn’t have to touch the first layer of dough because it will all come together in the oven.
I popped them in the oven according to the package directions and pulled them out to cool on a wire wrack. A butter knife is key to getting these out in one piece. These are addicting!
