Baby Announcements

I finally finished Avery’s birth announcements! She is only two weeks old today lol but hey, handmade with a newborn- things move a little more slowly. They are actually done sooner than I thought they would be, I am going to mail them out tomorrow. What do you think?

Also, today it became official that I am a stay at home Mom!!! I am so excited and couldn’t be happier, and my boss was not only understanding but offered me the position to teach the parent participation class at my school which would only be 2 hours a week on Fridays and since it is a Mommy and Me class, Miss Avery gets to come with me!! Sounds good to me! I stay home full time, work a couple of hours running a class I would have taken her to anyway, make a little extra money and get the opportunity to come up with new activities each week. This still won’t begin until mid-late April so I have some time to brainstorm some activities for infants, should be fun!

Lastly, any of you lovely people out there that have etsy accounts can you give me some of your tips?! I have had an account forever but I haven’t done anything with it because I don’t know where to start but I have been thinking of some things I could make and my mom, mother-in-law and sister-in-law also have been curious about it and I figured we could just experiment together with it but I would probably be doing a majority of the store and posting side of it. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey Michelle!

Miss Avery is just so adorable! Your baby announcements are wonderful! Way better than the store bought ones.

I don’t think you will regret being a stay at home mom! I know there are days but you will love it!

    Hugs,

She is beautiful! Congrats on being able to be a sahm! How great is that??? I have an Etsy account too that just sits there too. Have not taken that step yet. I hope you get some good direction on what to do and where to start. :)
