2 Ingredient Peach Cobbler
I have been on a serious canning kick lately and I love having so many different items on hand! All the things I have been canning help stock pile, fill lunches and create quick and easy desserts like this one with only two ingredients! Check out this yummy 2 ingredient peach cobbler that is perfect for a busy weeknight or dessert in a pinch!
All you need is a can of biscuits and 2 quarts of home canned peaches (you totally need to check out that post to see just how easy it is to can fresh fruit!).
I started by draining and chopping the peaches and popping them into an 8×8 pan.
Then, I cut the biscuits into quarters, if you use a butter knife this could be a good job for kids!
Once they were cut, I filled in the top layer with the biscuit quarters until it was full.
I put the whole thing in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 350 or according to your packages directions. It takes about 5 minutes longer than the package says since they aren’t just baking on a sheet tray.
Then serve it up with ice cream or whipped topping and you are good to go! The whole family loved this and it was so nice to whip up with things that I generally have on hand!
