2 Ingredient Green Bean Recipe {21 Day Fix Approved!}
I recently discovered that I am a super fan of green beans which has been great when I am being a little more conscious of what I eat. I also have discovered I enjoy pesto as well and that is where this idea was born- check out the easiest green beans you have ever seen in your life!
I was making green beans the other night, I bought the pre-washed ones in a bag that all you have to do is poke with a fork and pop in the microwave for a couple minutes and once they came out I put them in a bowl and was trying to think of something to put on them that wouldn’t be to heavy.
That is when I remembered the pesto I just bought! I love the flavor, but also I love how a little bit goes a long way!
At first I added a spoonful and mixed it around. After I tried a few, I added another spoonful so in the end I used about 2 tablespoons for my bag of green beans but you can put as little or as much as you want.
They were delicious y’all! Plus I love a recipe that comes together in 5 minutes, I mean, who wouldn’t though?!
