10 New Uses Tuesday {Plastic Wrap}

Welcome to another 10 New Uses Tuesday.

I have done 40 something of these posts, isn’t that crazy?! It is getting challenging to figure out things that I haven’t done yet- if you have any suggestions or challenges, let me know!

This week, I am going to give you 10 new uses for plastic wrap!!

Most of us have this so I hope you can find something you can use in your home!

1. No mess finger painting- you could do this one with paper, then paint and then plastic wrap or you could do what I did and cover the table with plastic wrap, add the paint and then put another layer of plastic wrap. Either way it is fun and the kids get confused in the beginning when their hands don’t get dirty!

2. Print Making- crumple up the plastic wrap, dip in paint and mark on paper.

3. Spill proof barrier- put over the top of shampoo and other soaps and then put the lid on when traveling so your products don’t spill.

Click “Read More” to see the rest of the ideas.

4. Vase filler- you will be shocked about how cool a vase full of plastic wrap and then water looks, it is impressive.

5. No Mess Rolling or Kneading surface- I posted more about this HERE.

6. Shelf Liner- this is great for the fridge where spills are common, line the shelves with plastic wrap for easy clean up!

7. Linning Paint Cups- line the cup with plastic wrap before you add the paint so it is easy to clean up when it is time to change the paint.

8. Paint Protector- wrap things like toilet tanks in plastic wrap when painting so you can keep it clean and mark free.

9. Cover bowls and balloons to use as a form with glue projects, cover with ribbon or other item that has been soaked in glue, apply, let dry and then peel right off!

10. Wrap Items- when moving you can wrap items like jewelry  boxes, pillows or mattresses to ensure that they won’t open, move, get tangled or dirty during the moving process.

    This kind of goes with some of your other ideas, but I lay it out on up of my fridge and just replace it every so often when it gets dusty!
