Dish Rack Mail Organization {Pinspired}

This has to happen in your house, you bring in the mail and put it on the counter and then get distracted by any number of child related reasons. Then, before you know it, the pile is out of control. 

That is when I saw a mail organizational system made out of a dish rack on pinterest, I knew I had to make one!

I had an old dish rack from our last house where we didn't have a dishwasher, and it was pretty beat up so I spray painted it, hot glued some festive fall paper to the folders, and this is what I came up with:

It started out as a dingy white, so I spray painted it with the very very last bit of my brown spray paint.

Then, I chose some fall papers to hot glue onto the front of some manila folders.

I couldn't find the utensil holder for my rack so I grabbed a terra cotta pot that I had on hand and that worked perfectly! Also, with my mad coupon skills (or so I would like to think) I raided my school supply drawer for a new pair of scissors, pack of pens, couple Sharpies and some dry erase makers, everything you could need in the kitchen.
