An Avery and Mommy Collabo

Have you ever checked out my Made by Little Hands linky party? 

That is where I found this idea for straw prints that look like fireworks from Putti Prapancha.

I thought this would be a great decoration with a little embellished frame made by me, for the mantle.

First Avery painted with the straws in red and blue paint on white paper. Then we let that dry. 

I took red, white and blue fabric yo yo's and hot glued them on a plain black matte that I would put the picture in later.

Cute right? I think it is so fun! And I love that it is her art and a craft project at the same time!
