10 New Uses Tuesday- Popsicle Sticks

Welcome to another 10 New Uses Tuesday!!!

This week we are tackling POPSICLE STICKS!! 

We all have a few of these around the house and if you don't, you will at some point if you have children. 

On to the New Uses!!

1. Plant marker; have the kids decorate and label with a Sharpie.



2. Splint for fingers in an emergency; one on either side and then tape it up. 

3. Taste tester/ stirrer.

4. Child safe skewers for fruits and veggies. 



5. Counting, colors, patterns or sorting. 

6. Reading aid for new readers, use the Popsicle stick to make it easier to follow along with each line of text.



7. Cleaning small spaces like windows sills, tracks and runners. 

8. Knife for young children.



9. Bookmarks.

10. Rulers to make strait lines in a pinch.

I LOVE your ten new uses posts! I'm going to start using popsicle sticks as knives for my little ones. FANTASTIC IDEA! I just use mine for crafting...and making popsicles!
